Syllabus

Two opposed fallacies : over-population and over-production. The so-called “agricultural” countries : Russia, the United States. Intensive agriculture : Belgium, the plain of Lombardy. The French market gardener : what he obtains from the soils. Culture under glass, its recent achievements and promises. Where is the limit of over-population ? Amount of labor required to produce the first necessaries of life.

With numerous oxy-hydrogen illustrations.

Doors open at 8. lecture commences at 8.30 P.M.
