    Appel au monde

    À tous les parlements, gouvernements ; à toutes les nations et aux hommes de bonne volonté qui chérissent la démocratie, la liberté et les droits des travailleurs.

    Au risque de notre vie et de notre liberté, au mépris des dispositions draconiennes de la loi martiale, en dépit de la tentative de nous paralyser par la peur, des centaines de milliers d’ouvriers et de patriotes polonais se sont mis en grève et exigent la levée de l’État de siège, la libération de toutes les personnes arrêtées, la restitution de tous les droits syndicaux et démocratiques, arrachées par notre peuple depuis août 1980.

    Appuyez-nous dans notre lutte par des protestations massives et par votre soutien moral. Ne restez pas les bras croisés à regarder la tentative d’écraser les débuts d’une démocratie en plein cœur de l’Europe. Soyez avec nous en ces moments difficiles.

    Un gouvernement de gauche doit proclamer une Amnistie Générale !

    J’ai lutté sous Giscard contre le nucléaire, l’expulsion des immigrés, le QHS, la peine de mort, le franquisme, le centralisme ; on m’a bâillonné et on m’a jeté en prison.

    Je me suis dit « Comment la droite autoritaire et liberticide une fois balayée, les socialistes me traiteraient-ils en ennemi ! »

    Pourtant, Maurice Faure a parlé de simple remaniement de ce tribunal d’exception, la Cour de Sûreté de l’État. Pourtant Maurice Faure envisage que pour des actes de même nature on puisse amnistier ceux d’entre nous condamnés à 8 ans et garder en prison ceux d’entre nous condamnés à 8 ans et un jour. Alors il suffira que les Tribunaux aient prononcé des peines de 8 ans et un jour ! Pourtant Maurice Faure a permis aux flics d’arrêter et de faire inculper six camarades libertaires comme le pouvoir précédent se l’est toujours permis grâce à cette juridiction.

    Nous n’en pouvons plus d’avoir combattu pour plus de liberté et d’être encore dans les cachots du pouvoir giscardien devenu socialiste parce que Faure écoute flics et juges de l’ancien régime.

    On ne danse pas à la Bastille. On la détruit.

    Alors que l’ensemble des militants Action Directe ont été amnistiés par le pouvoir, notre camarade Nathalie reste en prison :
    — elle reste en prison parce que les flics ne digèrent pas l’amnistie des militants d’Action Directe.
    — elle reste en prison parce que le nouveau pouvoir veut donner des gages à la police politique de Giscard sur laquelle elle a tiré lors de son arrestation.
    — elle reste en prison parce qu’elle est une révolutionnaire, qu’elle revendique pleinement son engagement politique.

    Pour tous ces faits, Nathalie Menigon est considérée aujourd’hui par l’état socialiste comme une criminelle.

    Derrière la rupture de l’illégalisme, nous sommes et avons été des criminels pour l’état ; car, pour lui, remettre en question son existence est un crime de lèse-majesté.

    Nous sommes des criminels parce que nous attaquons sans concession, la survie de l’oppression généralisée du quotidien capitaliste !

    Nous sommes des criminels parce que nous frappons l’impérialisme, système planétaire de domination et son articulation nationale !

    Nous sommes des criminels parce que l’on remet en question la pacification du prolétariat dans les métropoles !

    Nous sommes des criminels et nous revendiquons cette criminalité dans tous nos actes de lutte !

    Appel aux travailleurs du monde entier

    À tous les travailleurs !
    À tous ceux que le destin du peuple opprimé de Pologne ne laisse pas indifférents !
    À tous ceux qui, opprimés par leurs propres régimes totalitaires, ne peuvent exprimer librement leur soutien à notre lutte mais qui en parlent entre eux !

    Pour nous, chaque voix est importante. Chaque voix affermit notre moral, nous donne du courage et nous renforce dans la conviction que la voie suivie est une voie juste.

    Par un vote imbécile, la Diète de la République populaire de Pologne a mis notre syndicat hors la loi. Mais personne ne nous empêchera de manifester notre solidarité ouvrière dans la lutte que nous menons pour les droits élémentaires de tout être humain.

    Le 13 décembre a représenté le premier anniversaire de la déclaration de guerre de la junte à la société polonaise. Mais nous ne renonçons pas à la lutte. Les ouvriers ne peuvent être vaincus, ils ne font que subir des défaites et c’est ce qui fonde notre foi dans la victoire finale.

    La classe ouvrière polonaise n’a aucune illusion dans la « bienveillance » du pouvoir sous prétexte qu’il « lève » ou qu’il « suspend » l’état de guerre en Pologne. Car les ouvriers savent qui est responsable de la misère et de la cri-se profonde.

    Armés par l’expérience de la lutte, nous nous lèverons à nouveau. Mais cette fois-ci, on ne pourra pas nous duper. Car il ne peut plus y avoir d’entente avec le pouvoir totalitaire.

    Notre foi repose notamment sur le fait que vous ne nous avez pas abandonnés dans la difficulté. Nous vous remercions de l’aide que vous nous avez apportée jus-qu’ici. Au nom des travailleurs assassinés, condamnés, internés, arrêtés, contraints à la clandestinité, au nom de tous les opprimés, nous vous appelons à maintenir votre aide et votre soutien.

    Notre victoire sera aussi la vôtre dans la lutte pour la liberté, la démocratie et l’égalité.

    Orazio Valastro, anarchico, arrestato provocatoriamente da polizia e carabinieri a Catania, il 4 marzo di quest’anno, in occasione di un’assemblea anti-militarista.

    Accusato di diserzione, è stato condannato in prima istanza dal Tribunale militare di Palermo a 5 mesi senza condizionale. Il processo di appello si terrà al Tribunale militare di appello di Roma in data 14 luglio 1982.

    FREE ROGER NOEL, A BELGIAN ANARCHIST IMPRISONED IN WARSAW. POLAND
    Roger Noel, a Belgian Anarchist, was arrested and imprisoned by the Polish police on the 6th July, 1982.
    He was charged with helping Radio SolidarnosSc make illegal broadcasts in Warsaw.

    Roger Noël - anarchist militant

    Roger Noël (Babar) has been an Anarchist militant in Belgium for over twelve years. He has been involved in a large number of non-authoritarian campaigns in Brussels over the past decade. Babar was instrumental in the establishment of the first "free radio" in Brussels and is now the chairperson of a co-operative network of "free" radio stations in Belgium. Babar has been prominent in the Belgium anti-nuclear movement and has been involved in the struggle for the rights of migrant workers in Belgium.

    ASBL 22 Mars

    Roger Noël is first and foremost an Anarchist militant. He was disappointed with the inertia of the traditional Belgium Anarchist movement which was academically orientated. Roger Noël with a number of similarly disillusioned Belgian Anarchists pooled their resources and skills and six years ago opened up the ASBL 22 Mars printery. The printery initially began with old machinery but because of the quality of their work and reliability they have built up a large anti-authoritarian clientele and have built up a large printery with modern, up-to-date printing equipment and computer typesetting facilities.

    As well as working with the printery Babar and the other members of the collective produce a monthly anti-authoritarian newspaper (which has an Anarchist insert) As a group they have involved themselves in 3 variety of anti-authoritarian struggles in Belgium.

    ASBL 22 Mars helps solidarity

    Solidarity has its headquarters in exile in Brussels. The ASBL 22 Mars printery printed material for Solidarity which was smuggled into Poland. Roger Noel went into Poland with Belgian food convoys on two occasions. During his stay in Poland, he made contact with various anarcho-syndicalists in Warsaw and brought out valuable information about the situation in Poland.

    In early July, he once again went into Poland with the Belgian food convoys. His knowledge of "pirate" radio stations and how to set up portable "pirate" radio stations was a great asset to the Solidarity underground. He was advising and helping Radio-Solidarnosc make "pirate" broadcasts when he was arrested by the Polish authorities.

    The arrest

    Roger Noël was arrested with two Radio-Solidarnosc workers Madame Romaszewski and Joanna Szczesna on the 6th of July, while broadcasting "illegally" to the Polish people. Fortunately other members making broadcasts were able to escape and after one month "illegal" broadcasts by Radio-Solidarnosc began again. Unfortunately, this second "pirate" radio station was seized by the Polish police on the 31st of August.

    The situation today

    Roger Noël (Babar) has been held in a Warsaw prison since the 6th of July. He has been charged with the offence of helping to make "illegal" broadcasts. Under martial law he is liable to spend the next three to twelve years of his life in prison.

    He has been undergoing repeated interrogations and to date he has not been brought to trial.

    The Belgian Ambassador in Warsaw has been able to see him every four weeks. He is not allowed other visitors and we have recently heard that his health is bad and his morale is low, because of constant harassment by the agents of the Polish dictatorship.

    What can we do ?

    Two members of the Libertarian Workers for a Self-Managed Society stayed with Roger Noël (Babar in April this year while they were in Belgium. During their stay in Brussels they were impressed with Babar’s commitment, enthusiasm and energy in propagating Anarchist ideas in Belgium.

    A ’Free Roger Noel’ committee has been established in Brussels. They are co-ordinating efforts to put pres-sure on the Polish authorities to release him. The Libertarian Workers for a Self-Managed Society urge individuals and groups in Australia and overseas to put pressure on the Polish authorities to release Roger Noel, by
    (a) writing to the Polish embassy, demanding roger Noël’s release, and demand information about
    1) the charge against Roger Noel
    2) information about his health
    3) the date of his trial
    4) the right to send him letters while he is in prison
    5) etc.

    I SEPOLTI VIVI

    TERRORISTA E’ LO STATO

    Oggi giorno si parla soltanto di ‘terrorismo’ : Terrorismo, che deriva da quelle persone, da quei giovani che vogliono cambiare qualcosa in questa società di merda... società basata sul potere, una società che non può più nascondere niente... una società putrefatta, dove scandali sopra scandali scoprono gli esseri che con le belle parole incantano e con i fatti tirano avanti il discorso del lupo e dell’agnello... ‘del più forte’ ; esseri che in questa società possono cambiare volto, possono cambiare figura, diventano i più spietati aguzzini, i più spietati torturatori, i più spietati assassini ; i finti profeti di nuove idee : ‘idee della saccoccia, idee di sopruso’.

    Noi ci domandiamo se questa gente ha il diritto di comandare, di assassinare, di torturare, di richiudere persone nei ‘lager’, in manicomi ; di torturare non solo fisicamente, ma anche psichicamente, per l’annientamento del fisico senza lasciare traccia alcuna... Altro che processo di Norimberga !!!
    Questi signori del potere possono, si sentono forti, si sentono protetti. Protetti da voi operai, da voi cittadini. Loro vi promettono, vi bastonano, vi ammazzano, vi aumentano le tasse. Ma voi siete come le pietre, non sentite nessun dolore ; brontolate, mugugnate, ma dopo siete ancora voi, i servi secolari, e non vedete che ogni giorno che passa perdete quel briciolo di libertà e un briciolo di vita.

    I sepolti vivi sono quei giovani che, nonostante tutte le lotte portate avanti, ‘lotte contro ogni sopruso, contro ogni assassinio di Stato’, adesso stanno pagando, come sepolti vivi, rinchiusi in numerosi carceri (speciali - normali) che avete fatto costruire voi tutti, poveri sciocchi ! 23 ore su 24 rinchiusi in cubicoli di cemento armato 2 metri per 3, isolamento assoluto da ogni forma di vita, sia vegetale che animale ; un’ora di ‘aria’ al giorno in una trincea di cemento armato 2X3, con mura alte 5-6 metri e come tetto una rete metallica. I colloqui (tra parenti stretti), vengono effettuati in una stanza 3X4 in cemento armato, anche le panchine per sedersi sono in cemento armato, e come parete divisoria (detenuto-parente) una vetrata blindata. Praticamente il detenuto non ha contatto con nessuno (un abbraccio, un bacio, una carezza), niente, sembra di andare a vedere grandi acquari, però al posto dei pesci ci sono gli esseri umani.

    Nessuna forma di vita, sia vegetale che animale, riuscirebbe a sopravvivere in questa maniera. Una tortura fisica e psichica : la pelle diventa piano piano (per il non contatto con aria, aria sana) di color bianco pallido ; comincia piano piano la putrefazione fisica ; subentrano malattie del sangue, polmonari, del fegato. Psichicamente l’individuo viene ridotto ad essere una macchina comandata (autonoma) ; non deve più essere se stesso (una persona capace di pensare). Se si ribella a queste angherie (torture), gli verranno imposti altri provvedimenti ancora più restrittivi, più severi, per far diventare l’essere come il cane : anche se viene bastonato leccherà sempre la mano del padrone.

    Questa è una condanna a morte fisica, senza che quegli aguzzini si sporchino le mani. E voi insieme a loro avete pronunciato questa condanna :

    SEPOLTI VIVI FIN CHE MORTE NON SOPRAGGIUNGA !

    Denunciamo questi inquisitori : RIBELLIONE NON E’ TERRORISMO, ma liberarsi di ogni forma di sopruso e di potere. Ribellarsi non vuol dire nascondersi dietro una sigla di partito, ma portare avanti idee di libertà e di uguaglianza.

    Roger Noël, “Babar”, est imprimeur à Bruxelles et animateur d’une radio libre, membre de l’Association pour le Libération des Ondes. Combattant depuis toujours pour la liberté de parole, il s’est senti solidaire de la lutte du prolétariat polonais.

    Mettant en pratique sa conviction qu’il fallait combattre l’oppression que ce dernier subissait, “Babar” a passé clandestinement un émetteur radio au syndicat “Solidarité”.

    Arrêté par les militaires polonais, il est incarcéré à Varsovie.
    Si nous n’y prenons garde, les dictateurs polonais peuvent être tentés de condamner sévèrement cet acte de solidarité internationale.

    • parce que nous sommes aussi du côté des opprimés qui relèvent la tête,
    • nous nous sentons du côté de ce camarade qui a mis en accord ses actes avec ses pensées,

    Jesus Fortez deve rimanere in Italia ! No ! al militarismo spagnolo !

    L’anarchico spagnolo Jesus Fortez è in attesa di essere estrdato in Spagna, dove lo attende una lunga detenzione in carcere.

    La sua colpa consiste nell’appartenere a quel movimento libertario che rappresenta un ostacolo concreto al processo reazionario in corso nel paese. Contro quel movimento infatti nel febbraio 1978, veniva organizzata una provocazione che, simile alla Piazza Fontana del 1969, tentava di scaricare sugli anarchici un attentato antiproletario di netta marca padronal-poliziesca, al fine di screditarli e di criminalizzarli, alimentando una tensione sociale che favorisse il passaggio indolore da una forma all’altra dell’oppressione capitalista.

    Oggi come allora il movimento libertario internazionale è impegnato nell’impedire che un altro crimine si compia.

    Nuove norme giudiziarie sono state introdotti "segretamente" dal consiglio dei Ministri :

    Introduzione dell’alimentazione forzata nei casi di sciopero della fame.

    IL SEQUESTRO DI PERSONA E’ DIVENTATO PRATICA NORMALE IN ITALIA
    MANCANO NOTIZIE SUL LUOGO DI DETENZIONE DI NUMEROSI COMPAGNI

    Gli arrestati, sequestrati in luoghi segreti, spesso fuori dalle stesse caserme, in appartamenti privati vengono TORTURATI.

    Stefano Petrella ed Ennio Di Rocco sono stati incappucciati e percossi al volto, alla testa ed in ogni altra parte del corpo, è stata versata acqua salata nello stomaco e sulle ferite.
    A Gianfranco Fornoni dopo i pestaggi è stato esploso un colpo di pistola a fior di pelle.

    La tortura e gli altri criminali mezzi di coercizione sono solo l’aspetto più evidente di un progetto dello Stato di creare terra bruciata attorno ad ogni forma di espressione di antagonismo in Italia.
    L’obiettivo è criminalizzare ogni opposizione che si esprime al di fuori degli schemi istituzionali, imponendo così una pace sociale che permetta anche la riacquisizione dei margini di profitto attraverso la ristrutturazione economica, i licenziamenti, l’aumento dello sfruttamento, la riduzione dei salari.

    La situazione attuale è coperta da immagini e comunicazione simulate che creano uno scenario in cui il terrore e la repressione sono spettacolarmente vissuti come ricatto nelle angosce e nelle paure di milioni di persone, che si lasciano docilmente carpire quel consenso indispensabile allo Stato e al Capitale per imporre la "Pace Sociale". Da qui l’estorsione continua che subiamo della nostra vita, il tentativo di atrofizzare le nostre più vive passioni, di soffocare i nostri desideri/bisogni e la voglia di condurre un’esistenza appagante e non delegata.

    La rappresaglia conosce la sua legalizzazione successiva : il processo

    Non ultimo quello d’Appello che il 18.5.82 si terrà a Firenze contro alcuni compagni accusati di "aanda Armata", "associazione sovversiva" ed altri reati, con riferimento ad "Azione rivoluzionaria".Di essi sono tutt’ora detenuti : Davide Fastelli, Gaby Hartwig, Rocco Martino, Nella Montanini, Juan Soto Paillacar, Carmela Pane, Willy Piroch, Valeria Vecchi, Ivan Zerlotti.

    Mentre ribadiamo la nostra profonda solidarietà ai compagni inquisiti, vogliamo altresì rimarcare che non ci interessa qui additare la "giustizia" di Stato che si accanisce contro i rivoluzionari e i ribelli sociali, né operare il solito muffo distinguo fra "innocenti" e "colpevoli", poiché questo rientra nelle regole della logica statuale e del suo diritto che da sempre ci sono estranei. La condanna dei compagni serve allora al potere, sia come deterrente verso le opposizioni rivoluzionarie, sia per usarli come capri espiatori e legalizzare così il suo terrore quotidiano.

    Come individui irriducibilmente avversi ad ogni potere, ribadiamo che occorre aggredire ogni luogo di sfruttamento e d’oppressione, ricucendo ed estendendo autentica solidarietà ed agire offensivamente sovversivo capaci di distruggere quanto il terrorismo di Stato ha posto in atto.

    Solidarietà ai minatori inglesi in lotta !

    continua lo sciopero ad oltranza dei minatori inglesi, in lotta contro i progetti governativi che porterebbero alla perdita di 20 mila posti di lavoro.
    Alle violenze poliziesche, al crumiraggio, al tentativo di affamare gli scioperanti, i minatori inglesi rispondono con le armi tradizionali del movimento operaio : sciopero, solidarietà operaia, autogestione delle lotte, sabotaggio, azione diretta.

    Con l’avvicinarsi dell’inverno e il susseguente aumento di richiesta di carbone, lo scontro entra nella sua fase decisiva.

    Il proletariato internazionale non può lasciare soli i minatori inglesi.
    Sosteniamo la lotta con :
    - il boicottaggio di materie prime e prodotti industriali provenienti o destinati alla Gran Bretagna ;
    - il sostegno economico. I versamenti possono essere fatti al "Direct Action Movement" c/o 5 Hollin Hill - Burneley - Lancashire England) ;
    - Messaggi di solidarietà al " National Union of Mineworkers" - St.James House - Vicar Lane - Sheffield (England).
